Subprocessors

SalesQuant LLC, a California limited liability company, uses the following third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to operate the SmokeQuant platform. Each subprocessor is contractually bound to protect Customer Data and to process it only for the purposes listed below.
We update this page when we add, remove, or change subprocessors. If you are a customer and would like to be notified of changes by email, contact support@smokequant.com.

Where Customer Data Is Stored
All Customer Data (information that customers upload to, create in, or manage through the SmokeQuant application) is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted by Render in the United States. Customer Data is not stored outside the United States.
Requesting Notification of Changes
Customers with a signed Data Processing Addendum are automatically notified of material subprocessor changes. Any customer may request notification by emailing support@smokequant.com.
